• Part-Time Crew Member – 20-30 Hours per week - May-October - Pay is Performance Based ($20-$30 Per Hour)

Job Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Pass a pre-employment drug test

• Comfortable working outdoors all-day

• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts, two-three days a week

• Awareness and caution when working near active equipment, roadways, and automotive traffic

• Ability to handle tough weather conditions, including temperatures exceeding 90°F

• Must be able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. (mulch, rock, sod rolls, tools, etc.)

• Ability to load and unload and transport materials

• Comfortable with continuous bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the workday
